Q: Do you offer express shipping options?

Yes, but we do not always ship products out on the same day. If you are in a rush, please email us at info@swellcandleco.com and we will try to help.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide from the USA.

Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: We try our best to provide all information necessary about our products, but please ask about specific concerns before ordering. Due to the handmade nature of our candles and home fragrance products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. Please email us at info@swellcandleco.com within 30 days of your order date if you have any problems with your order. After 30 days, we will not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Q: What should I do if my candles arrive broken?
A: We make every attempt to package our products in secure packaging, but accidents can happen in transit. Please email us at info@swellcandleco.com with your order number and a picture of the broken candle and we will send you a replacement ASAP.

Q: Do you offer private label/custom scents?
A: Yes! I am happy to create private label and/or custom fragrances for customers. Please send an email to info@swellcandleco.com for more details.

Q: How do I care for my candle? A:

  • Always burn candle within sight and away from drafts
  • Trim wick to 3/16” (5mm) before lighting every time
  • Keep wax pool free from debris
  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours
  • Stop burning when 1/2” of unmelted wax remains

Q: How do I use the reed diffuser? A:

  • Add fragrance oil to vase and insert reeds  
  • The reeds will diffuse fragrance within 24-36 hours
  • Flip the reeds every few days or once a week, as desired
  • To avoid damage to furniture or counter tops, do not place the diffuser on any surface without a protective tray
